Booking Terms & Service Requirements
• Deposits & Cancellations: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to qualify for a deposit refund. Same-day cancellations will be invoiced for the full service cost.
• Operating Environment: For insurance compliance and safety, we do not operate in public car parks or on busy roadsides. We require suitable off-road parking with sufficient space to fully access our rear doors and work safely around your vehicle.
• Client Preparation: Please ensure the vehicle is cleared of all personal belongings prior to our arrival.
• Utilities: While our mobile unit is self-contained, we require access to a standard power outlet. We carry 50-metre extension leads and our own water supply, though access to a tap is appreciated for larger commissions.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
• Service Rights: We reserve the right to cancel the service upon arrival, with no refund of deposit, should the site conditions or vehicle preparation fail to meet these agreed terms
